COYLE CONFIDENT IN BOLTON

After suffering heavy 3-0 defeat at the hands of Chelsea last weekend, Bolton Wanderers manager Owen Coyle has said that he is extremely bullish at the prospect of getting some points off Manchester City at the Etihad stadium.

Bolton will be visiting Manchester city this weekend just after their tough fixture against Chelsea last weekend. Bolton were thoroughly outplayed by Chelsea and there is a real prospect of the same happening in the match against Manchester city as well.

Bolton and Blackburn have been the two established clubs struggling down in the bottom of the Premier league table. If Manchester City defeat Bolton this weekend, then it would make Bolton's chances of remaining in the Premier league extremely tough.

Owen Coyle did an extremely good job with Bolton last season and was eyeing the top six finish with the club this season. However, without the lack of players like Elmander and Daniel Sturridge, Bolton have steadily been declining in the table. Their inability to score goals has been a major problem, while the loss of Gary Cahill to Chelsea in the January transfer window also came as a major blow. They are now one of the favourites to go down.

"Who is to say we can't go to Manchester City and get a result? We have to trust ourselves, believe in what we are doing, and we will look to get something from the game. We know we are capable of giving big performances and winning big games. That is how we have to treat every game now. As much as we are still in the FA Cup, every league game now is like a cup final?" Owen Coyle said when asked about the tough match Bolton have this weekend against table leaders Manchester city.

Bolton will be facing fellow relegation troubled teams over the next few matches, and have to be the best football bet to win next week when they face Wolves.
